Who can use Kaptal
You may register and, where offered, buy a Challenge only if:
- You are a natural person at least 18 years old (or older if your country requires it for this type of contract).
- You are not resident, incorporated, or located in a restricted jurisdiction listed below, and you are not a sanctioned person.
- You have no relevant unspent conviction for financial crime or terrorism that we are required to treat as a bar.
- You use the Services in a personal capacity, not as a regulated investment business unless we have agreed that in writing.
- You will complete KYC before any Reward account or payout.
Companies may only participate if we expressly allow entity accounts and the beneficial owner would be eligible as an individual. Trusts and nominees used to hide a restricted person are not eligible.

Restricted jurisdictions
We do not serve citizens or residents of, or persons located in:
- Belarus
- Burkina Faso
- Central African Republic
- Cuba
- Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea)
- Democratic Republic of the Congo
- Ethiopia
- Haiti
- Iran
- Iraq
- Lebanon
- Libya
- Mali
- Myanmar
- Nicaragua
- Russia
- Somalia
- South Sudan
- Sudan
- Syria
- Venezuela
- Yemen
- Zimbabwe
Nor the following regions:
- Crimea
- Donetsk
- Luhansk
- any other territory subject to comprehensive sanctions
This includes any country or territory added to OFAC, UN, UK, EU or Swiss comprehensive sanctions lists. We may add names without rewriting every marketing page; this page and the checkout eligibility check are the live list.
KYC and screening
You can usually start a Challenge without KYC. You cannot receive a Reward account, a payout, or Live Kaptal without passing identity verification and sanctions/PEP screening. We may repeat screening at any time. Failed, incomplete or inconsistent KYC pauses the book. We may close it without refunding an activated Challenge if we reasonably believe the profile is ineligible or the documents are not yours.
One person, one profile
Account limits in the Rulebook (5 Challenge, 3 Reward, 1 Live) apply per person. Multiple emails, phones, wallets or cards do not create multiple entitlements. Household or device overlap can be treated as one trader. Using another person’s identity or payment method is prohibited and ends every related account.
VPNs
Ordinary VPN use is allowed under the Rulebook. Using a VPN, proxy, VPS or remote desktop to appear outside a restricted jurisdiction, to run a second profile, or to share an account is a breach. We may close the profile and withhold pending rewards.
Feature availability
Season Pass, Arena, Keys, prizes and Live Kaptal can be limited or omitted by country even if a Challenge is sold. Prize and paid-entry products are not offered where they would be an unlicensed lottery or gambling product. Nothing on the marketing site is a guarantee that a feature will be switched on for your profile.
